Due to forecasted winter weather in the East Coast Region of the USA from Sunday 22 and Wednesday 25 February 2026, some of our flights to, from or via the airports listed below may be disrupted. We are doing our very best to help you on your way again.
Rebooking and requesting a refund
If you have booked a flight to, from or via below-listed destinations from Sunday 22 and Wednesday 25 February 2026, you can see below what rebook and refund options we can offer you. These options are only valid if you have a ticket originally issued on or before Sunday 22 February 2026.

Does your original flight depart from Sunday 22 and Wednesday 25 February 2026 to, from or via any of the above-listed destinations. Then your new departure date should be before or on Saturday 28 February 2026. You can rebook your flight at the latest on Saturday 28 February 2026. Please see below options and rules:
1. Rebook to a different travel date
If your flight was cancelled by us or if you cancelled the flight yourself, you can rebook to a different travel date. Please note that:
- You can only change your travel dates for free if the same travel class is available as mentioned on your original ticket.
- Your new departure date should be before or on Saturday 28 February 2026.
2. Request a travel voucher
If you want to cancel your flight and request a travel voucher, please note that:
- You can request a travel voucher that will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
- You can use this voucher for all KLM, Air France, Delta, and Virgin Atlantic flights that are offered on the Air France KLM website.
- You can also use the travel voucher to buy extra options like upgrades, specific seats and baggage on KLM and Air France flights.

3. Request a refund
If any of your flights were cancelled or if your flight was delayed for at least 3 hours for flights in Europe or at least 5 hours for intercontinental flights, you can request a full refund of the ticket and extra options.
Due to the current security situation in the Middle East, some of our flights to, from, or via destinations in the region are canceled or adjusted.
- Tel Aviv: We temporarily offer direct flights (no stopover in Paphos) scheduled through Saturday, February 28.
- Dubai: Daylight flights scheduled through Sunday, March 1.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our schedule where needed. You can count on us doing our very best to help you reach your destination as soon as possible.

If any of your flights were cancelled, you can request a full refund of the ticket and extra options.
3. Unforeseen expenses
If you had unforeseen expenses because of a delay or cancelation, such as extra costs for meals, hotel or a phone call, you could request reimbursement.
Due to the energy crisis in Cuba from Thursday 12 February 2026 to Tuesday 3 March 2026, some of our flights to, from or via Havana (HAV) are disrupted. We are doing our very best to help you on your way again.

If you have booked a flight to, from or via Havana (HAV) between Thursday 12 February and Tuesday 3 March 2026, you can see below what rebook and refund options we can offer you. These options are only valid if you have a ticket originally issued on or before Tuesday 17 February 2026.
Does your original flight depart between Thursday 12 February and Tuesday 3 March 2026 to, from or via Havana (HAV), then your new departure date should be on or before Tuesday 17 March 2026. You can rebook your flight at the latest on Tuesday 17 March 2026. Please see below options and rules:
1. Rebook to a different travel date
